Typus combines Swap, Lending, Derivatives protocols to create an Options market for long-term assets. This approach not only improves LP-adjusted returns but also enhances DeFi liquidity.
Option is a powerful tool for implementing crypto currency speculation and hedging strategies. But these products are quite unfamiliar to the DeFi market, because of the complexities of the operating model or infrastructure. Typus will create simple and user-friendly strategies for easy access to the market.

Typus Vanilla Options by DeFi Options Vaults
It is a European style option and pays in cash. It can only be exercised upon the expiration date of the previous Option. Call Options are settled in Tokens such as SUI, while Put Options are settled in Stablecoin assets such as USDC.
For strategy Covered Call then Vault Depositors selling call options, also Vault Bidders is buying call options. If the price of the underlying asset such as SUI is higher than the strike price on the expiration date, then the Call Buyer (vault bidder) will execute the Call Option and the Call Seller (vault depositor) will need to sell the collateral (asset deposited in Vault Depositors) for Vault Bidders. Cash settlement, an amount equal to the difference between the strike price and the market price at expiration.
This strategy helps Vault Depositors make profits in neutral and slightly bullish markets. While helping Vault Bidders profit in a strong bull market.
Strategy Put Selling then Vault Depositors will sell selling put options, also Vault Bidders then buy put options (buying put options). If the market price of the underlying asset such as SUI is lower than the strike price on the expiration date, the Put Buyer (vault bidder) will exercise the put option and receive the depositor’s cash reserve as collateral.
This strategy helps Vault Depositors increase profits in neutral or slightly bearish markets, while Vault Bidders increase profits in bearish markets.

By using Typus AMM LP Vaults, AMM liquidity providers can earn trading and insurance fees easily and efficiently. In this strategy, Typus will provide liquidity management tools associated with options. But this strategy is still in the development stage and not completely completed.
Typus Major Vault
Is an options warehouse created for market making, with Typus the market making algorithm provider. Users can deposit funds into this vault and the algorithm automatically provides liquidity to the Request-For-Quote (RFQ) Network, which can act as a buyer or seller to earn profits.
