Overview of Gods Unchained
Gods Unchained is an online trading card game built on Immutable X. Players will use different strategies to build the strongest deck to fight and win against their opponents. The reward after each match is GODS Token – the main token of the project.
What is Gods Unchained?
Gods Unchained was launched in 2018 on Ethereum. However, due to some issues related to fees and transaction speed, Gods Unchained has switched to Immutable rhythm and is evidenced by the trading volume of NFT Cards, which is always in the list of top monthly volumes in the NFT market.
Gameplay of Gods Unchained
In the game Gods Unchained, players will buy, craft and collect cards and use them to build a deck and battle other players.
In each match, each player will take turns giving cards to fight opponents with the goal of reducing the opponent’s health to 0 and winning. The stages that take place in each match are as follows:
- Choosing Gods: The game begins by having the player arrange one of six gods in a certain order. Each god will have a deck of cards with its own strengths and weaknesses, and choosing the right deck can give players certain advantages in the match.
- Create deck: Next, players will create their own deck with up to 30 cards. Each card has its own skills and power stats. In addition, players can use many different card combinations to build a powerful deck and win against their opponents.
- Fight: Players will use their cards to attack their opponent’s cards. Each card will be removed from the match if its HP index reaches 0. The winner will defeat all of the opponent’s cards and receive GODS tokens as a reward.
At the present time, Gods Unchained is implementing 3 different game modes including:
- Solo: Players will fight against machines
- Ranked: Players will play with other players to compete for rank and win special rewards.
- Direct challenge: Invite friends to join matches.
