Overview of Animalia Game
What is Animalia?
Animalia is a free online NFT trading card game (TCG) inspired by meme creatures, gems, weapons, spells and built on the BNB chain. The game is divided into two Titan factions, Bull and Bear, representing the Animalia Kingdom. The project provides users with complete ownership of in-Game collectibles in the form of unique NFTs.
The vision of the project is to introduce an integrated game title Blockchain technology allowing access to millions of people from all over the world. Through free gaming experiences, players can also earn economic rewards, worthy of the time they spend without getting bored.
What is Animalia?
The game has not yet been released and players can register on the website to receive opportunities to participate in the beta experience and some rewards from the publisher in the future when the game is officially launched.
The game’s story in the Kingdom of Animalia is divided into six different landscapes, each with its own climate, natural disasters and creatures: The Prairie, The Sierra, The Weald, The Barren, The Aqua and The Neutral. They are shaped for the world map which promises to bring many interesting experiences to players.
GameplayAnimalia
Animalia is a turn-based strategy card game. Every time a PvP match starts, nPlayers take turns playing cards from their hand to cast powerful Spells, equip powerful Weapons, harvest aura Gems, or summon Creatures to fight.
Win the championship, need to reduce your opponent’s health points to 0 before they can do the same to you.
Over time, Animalia will update with many variations on the combat, just like other Games will go through many improvements to different types of combat systems.
Rule
- When the Game starts, both players are randomly drawn 3 cards and 1 gem.
- The player is then given the option to redraw the starting cards except Gems.
- At the beginning of each turn, a new card will be drawn from the deck.
- Each player can hold a maximum of 10 cards.
- Players start with one shard and receive another each turn, up to a maximum of 10 shards.
- Up to two unused pieces will be carried over to the next turn. These pieces act as a requirement to play the card, each piece has a piece cost that must be paid to use it.
Deck of cards
The starter for all players includes a non-customizable preset deck. Players can unlock two additional non-customizable preset decks and one customizable deck by completing all PvE missions.
For each Titan NFT owned, players will enjoy an additional deck of custom cards. Players can use any of the preset decks or completed custom decks to battle against other players in PvP mode.
Each deck contains a minimum of 30 cards and a maximum of 33 cards. The number of Gem cards and Gem types are limited to two per deck. The same card can only appear twice in a deck. Limit one Legend card and one Arcana card per deck.
Titan
Titans are in-game characters and avatars that represent players or bosses during a match. Players can summon and fight against their opponents by coordinating with specific Creatures, Spells, and Weapons.
The Titan will be able to attack when it has an equipped Weapon, except if it is kWhen the player runs out of cards in his deck during a PvP match, the player’s Titan will enter Frenzy mode and can attack the opponent once per round without equipping any Weapons.
Creature
Players can summon and command creatures to attack their opponents.
Once summoned, all Creatures sleep for the first turn and will not be able to attack, only being awakened in the next turn to be able to attack. This effect does not apply to Creatures that can attack immediately when summoned. Players can allows a maximum of 8 Creatures per Landscape.
Magic and weapons
Spells are single-use cards that have an immediate effect and no longer have any effect after they are used. They provide bonuses to the player, or assign harmful effects to opponents.
Weapons are cards that can be equipped to give Titans offensive abilities. Titans can only equip one weapon at any given time. If a weapon card is played while the player’s Titan is equipped with a weapon, the currently equipped weapon will be replaced with the new weapon.
Gemstone
It serves as an elemental card. Gems are used to power up the player’s Creatures and Titans on the battlefield. There are six types of gemstones: Diamond, Lunar, Gold, Ruby, Sapphire, and Silver. Each element has different effects and properties, and they interact with each other in unique ways.
Rating system
The Animalia ranking system includes two different categories: experience level (XP) and matchmaking ranking (MMR).
The player’s MMR will increase or decrease depending on the outcome of the ranked PvP match. The five rank levels available in Animalia are Omega, Gamma, Delta, Beta and Alpha. Players with high MMR values may receive economic rewards at the end of the season.
Economic model in the Game
1. Reward tokens
Animalia uses a dual Token model consisting of a primary ANIM and a secondary PHL. The utility of these currencies is as follows:
- ANIM is the core utility token, playing an administrative role for the Game. More importantly, it also serves as a trading currency that players can spend whenever they want to buy new in-game assets from the Animalia Marketplace.
- PHL is an untapped utility token in the Game that is integrated into Game Animalia as a play currency to earn money. It plays a role in linking and creating new NFTs, as well as making in-Game purchases. PHL will be distributed as rewards through certain ranked PvE and PvP matches. Additional supply and exploitation of PHL is strategically planned to ensure long-term growth and sustainability, with more use cases expected in the future.
2. NFT – Strong connection
On December 18, 2023, the project will allow users to register for the whitelist. Lucky people will get mint The Titans of the Tundra Collection. This is an NFT that will be used and receive many benefits in the game. Basic information about the Incarna NFT collection includes:
