Otherside Koda is an NFT collection in the Gaming segment, developed on the Ethereum Blockchain. At the time of writing, this collection has separated 5,136 NFTs from Otherdeed Land (separate content will be clarified below). The The separation event will take place on April 6, 2023.

Otherside Koda Classification

Otherside Koda is divided into 2 types:

• The first type is Koda, in 100,000 Otherdeed Lands, 10% of Otherdeed Lands will have Koda. Everyone can refer to Otherdeed Land with Koda here.
• The second type is Mega Koda, out of 10,000 Koda, only 0.99% is Mega Koda. Everyone can refer to Otherdeed Land with Mega Koda here.

The birth story of Otherside Koda

A fictional creature created by Yuga Labs. Commonly known as Koda, Koda are celestial bodies that reside and roam the virtual universe Otherside. They are believed to have been created in the Big Bang and revived from cosmic energy. Koda discovered life on earth and watched the evolution of our species, waiting for the right opportunity to reveal itself. Not much is known about Koda’s culture and origins, but Koda’s magic and scientific knowledge helped the Otherside flourish.

Koda has created a micro-universe into the dimension humans inhabit, this universe is called Otherside, Koda has pulled Bored Apes and other interactable NFTs into this universe. It is also suggested that 10,000 unique Koda will be distributed randomly across the lands of the Otherside.

The Otherside Koda collection has 6 different features including:

Mega Koda has ID from 9901 to 9999. According to personal research, currently 49 Mega Koda owners have separated Mega Koda from Otherdeed land. The remaining 50 owners remain the same.

Mega Koda has a dedicated Discord Group for Mega Koda Owners and interested users. More specifically, this group has a limited number of 350 tickets. 99 tickets will be Airdropped for free to Mega Koda Owners, users who want to participate will have to mint the ticket which costs 1 ETH.

• 10,000 NFT Airdrop for Holder Bored Ape Yacht Club (BAYC)
• 20,000 NFT Airdrop for Holder Mutant Ape Yacht Club (MAYC)
• 15,000 NFT For Teams & Partners
• 55,000 NFT For Genesis Mint sale event

The Genesis Mint event takes place on April 30, 2022 and releases 55,000 Otherdeed plots, 10% of which will contain Koda.

The event that separated Koda from Otherdeed land

  – Users who own Otherdeed land have Koda
  – It is recommended that users perform operations on a desktop computer

Separation process

Users who own Otherdeed land with Koda on April 6, 2023 will go to Otherside’s website, connect the wallet and perform the separation. The user’s Otherdeed land with Koda will be burned, the user will receive NFT Otherside Koda and NFT Otherdeed Expanded (Otherdeed land without Koda).

After the separation process, NFT Otherside Koda and NFT Otherdeed Expanded will be two new NFT collections, with their own contracts and completely independent of each other.
