What is Eternal Finance?
Eternal Finance is a Leveraged Yield Farming protocol built on Aptos. The protocol gives users access to x3 leverage for high-risk, high-return Farming. However, it still has great appeal to retail investors.
Eternal Finance is a place to create liquidity and use that liquidity to lend to Farmers. Thanks to the loan, farmers will increase their capital to earn high profits when farming. But those loans need to be paid with interest as usual. And Eternal creates strategies to help users Farm above PancakeSwap with many different asset types.
Eternal Finance is bringing users from Aptos to access services on Pancake and BNB Chain. This has just helped users on Aptos access new financial services. And help Pancake reach new users.
To help Farmers find long-term and sustainable profits, Eternal Finance uses the following 3 support Bots:
- Automated Aggregation Bot: To maximize income for placements.
- Automatic Stop Loss Bot: To protect position principal in Fiat value for USDC-based farming.
- Automated hedging bot: To minimize temporary losses and price fluctuations that affect users’ positions.
Mechanism of Action
There are 2 types of users using Eternal Finance:
- Lender: A person who deposits assets into the Pool for lending and earns interest paid from the borrower to Farm. When sending assets to the Pool, Lender will receive ibTokens.
- Farmer: Are people who will take advantage of capital from Eternal’s liquidity pool to Farm through Eternal Finance.
Eternal Finance’s operating mechanism is not too complicated. Lenders initially add assets to the Pool. Farmers then borrow money from the Pool to Farm on Pancake through Eternal. That means Eternal will open Vaults for Farmers to deposit money. Then Eternal transfers the assets in that Valut to Pancake to Farm.
If Farmers want to end the Farm process and withdraw their assets. Initially, they withdrew assets and profits from the Vault. Then pay debt and interest to Eternal Liquidity Pool. Finally, withdraw the remaining assets and profits from the protocol.
The borrower’s assets, i.e. Farmer, will be liquidated when the debt to total assets ratio reaches 83.33%. The liquidation process will take place automatically by Bots.
