What is Futureverse? Futureverse is a protocol infrastructure system for Metaverse and AI, this infrastructure fully brings together the necessary functions and protocols to deploy interoperable Metaverses. So what’s special about this project? Let’s find out with Weakhand in this article.
Before jumping into the article, everyone can refer to some of the following projects to better understand the article!
What is Futureverse?
Futureverse overview
Futureverse is a protocol infrastructure system for Metaverse and AI. At first glance, the name Futureverse may make us think that this is just a simple Metaverse, but Futureverse aims for a bigger mission than that, which is to become Open Metaverse. .
Futureverse aims to achieve Open Metaverse, an open Metaverse standard that any project can use. Futureverse’s infrastructure covers all necessary aspects to serve the above construction projects such as Layer 1, Layer 2, AI, Storage Protocol,…
Featured features of the Futureverse
Root Network
Root Network is the core infrastructure of Futureverse’s Open Metaverse ecosystem, this is a layer 1 blockchain built using Substrate Core and has the advantage of being compatible with smart contracts on EVM and the ability to interact with the network. XRP Ledger grid.
Another special feature of Root Network is that this network can use XRP tokens to pay gas fees in addition to using the main token ROOT. The Furureverse team has signed an agreement with Ripple to bring XRP into the Root Network economy and include XRP in block rewards for Validators.
Future Platform
Future Platform is a platform of necessary tools to build Metaverse development based on the ideal of optimizing interoperability between Dapps. The platform includes 6 different toolkits:
- FuturePass: Is a smart wallet SDK that helps improve user experience thanks to its speed, simplicity, safety and especially no password required. Users can store and manage assets, data and identities in this wallet, providing a web 2.0-like experience.
- DOT Asset Pipeline: This is a system that creates infinite sprites, allowing developers to create dynamic content pipelines quickly and easily.
- AI Gaming Platform and SDKs: Is a game development toolkit that integrates AI.
- Asset Registry & Swappables Pipeline: The platform and asset registry will assist developers in identifying digital assets to ensure their compatibility with a variety of applications in the Open Metaverse.
- Payment SDKs: The toolkit helps create a web 2.0-like payment experience that allows users to spend both digital and fiat currencies in offline, online and onchain purchases.
- Marketplace API: Is an asset trading infrastructure that can be integrated into applications, providing the ability to quickly buy and sell assets without having to build from scratch.
Decentralized AI protocol
The protocol is built on top of Altered State Machine (ASM), which is a decentralized AI protocol digitized into NFTs. Each NFT represents a unique trainable AI that can be personalized to an individual or business.
Decentralized storage protocol
Sylo Network provides reliable decentralized off-chain hosting for dapps. This decentralized service is provided by Seeker Nodes, who are paid in Tickets. This is an off-chain payment solution for all events on the Sylo network. These Tickets can be converted to Sylo tokens, which are utility tokens used in the Sylo ecosystem.
Sylo Metaverse SDK is a toolkit that can be used to deploy on any Open Metaverse application with ease. This toolkit includes pre-built functions such as events, notifications, asynchronous messaging and real time communication.
DID SDK
DID SDK is a toolkit that helps create, update, and resolve decentralized identity domains, each asset and identity in the Metaverse will have its own unique identifier. These identifying information will be stored in the key value database and they can be easily resolved through the DID SDK similar to DNS domain name resolution.
Identities and assets will all be identifiable across the Metaverse to ensure uniqueness, interoperability, tamper-proofness, and easy verifiability.
