Overview of TProtocol
The problem arises
Currently, profits in DeFi are no longer as attractive as during the booming market period of 2020 – 2021. Large Lending & Borrowing platforms such as AAVE or Compound can only pay a stable risk-free interest rate of about 1%, Not only that, DeFi is under threat from hackers who can take away the entire TVL of the protocol without even knowing it.
Meanwhile, US government bond interest rates are at 5% and this is the safe asset with the highest level of liquidity in the world. Clearly, a solution is needed to help users access this product. And that is the reason for the birth of TProtocol.
What is TProtocol?
TProtocol is an RWA protocol that allows users in DeFi (globally) to easily access T-Bill. T-Bill, fully written as Treasury Bill, also known as Treasury Bills, is a short-term Government loan instrument usually issued with payment terms of 3, 6 and 12 months. Treasury bills are a type of American financial security issued by the Federal Reserve Bank to the US Treasury as a short-term loan instrument.
Some concepts to understand:
- sTBT: Is a Tokenized form of T-Bill issued by a multi-billion dollar CeDeFi.
- TBT: Short for T-Bill Token, fully supported by sTBT – licensed by the billion-dollar CeDeFi organization.
- wTBT: Is a token that converts 1 to 1 with TBT. The purpose of wTBT is to be able to integrate into many DeFi protocols in the Crypto market.
Mechanism of action
TProtocol’s mechanism of action will include a number of steps such as:
- Step 1: User deposits USDC into the TProtocol protocol. Currently, TProtocol only accepts Stablecoin USDC.
- Step 2: The protocol will mint TBT for users with a transaction fee of 0.1%. During this period, TProtocol will use USDC to buy sTBT from partners, this process will take about 3 days. However, users will receive the TBT date and calculate interest starting from the mint TBT time.
- Step 3: Converting from TBT to USDC will cost users a fee of 0.3%, of which 0.1% is for the issuing partner and 0.2% is returned to the protocol’s Treasury.
From the above process we can see some advantages of the project including:
- If you buy sBTB or T-Bill directly, you must buy a minimum of $100K, so with TProtocol you can participate with smaller amounts.
- Receive interest right at mint TBT time without waiting for transaction time.
- User wTBT can participate in DeFi to earn additional profits such as providing liquidity, lending,…

- Treasury: 27.5%
Token Release
- Core Team will be paid in installments over 3 years, unlocked every 6 months. At the moment TGE will be 0%.
- IDO will be paid in installments within 3 months of which at the time TGE will be 50%.
- Seed Round will be locked for 3 months and paid in installments over the next 12 months.
- Treasury will be paid in installments over 18 months and locked in the first 3 months. At the time TGE was opened 10% was equivalent to 2.75% of total supply.
- Angle Round will be locked within 3 months and paid in installments over the next 18 months.
- Liquidity Incentives does not have a payment schedule yet. At the moment TGE will be opened 2% equivalent to 0.8% of total supply.
Token Use Case
Users holding TPS can participate in staking TPS with the following benefits:
- Escrowed TPS: You can continue to stake to receive protocol revenue and TPS. When users want to change esTPS to TPS, it will take 1 year.
- Multiplier Points: You can continue to stake to receive protocol revenue and TPS.
- TBT Rewards.
