Overview of AI Arena Game
What is AI Arena?
AI Arena is an exciting PvP fighting game deployed on Arbitrum, offering exciting cooperation between players and AI. Players design, train, and battle AI-powered NFTs in global PvP arenas.
Currently, AI Arena is still in the testing process and only opens pre-registration for a small group to experience the product. It is expected that early next year, AI Arena will open to the public and launch for the entire AI Arena community to experience.
Gameplay of AI Arena
The gameplay of AI Arena is quite simple, users will first train their NFTs through Imitation Learning. When the user feels his character is ready to fight, the user will deposit his NFT into the arena to compete in ranked battles. The user’s NFT will then automatically fight against opponents using the skills it has learned and win AI Arena’s native token Neurons (NRN).
So how to train NFT, let’s find out:
User NFTs will initially carry randomly generated metrics. This means that the character will perform random actions because he has not learned any skills. Users will train their NFTs through the following 4 steps:
- Data collection: This is the initial step in which the player will collect and present a list of actions (in an observed state) for the AI to copy and learn from.
- Configuration: Once the data is created, users can configure their model by determining exercise intensity (how much data is included in the model, how much do you want the AI to remember from previous training). , identify AI skills,…
- Train: After collecting and configuring training data, this is the training step for the AI to develop and learn the skills that the player has previously identified.
- Check: After training is complete, this is the step where users test to see whether their AI works well with the skills learned or not. AI Arena also provides a simulation mode for users to test their AI before taking them into PvP battles in the arena.
About the battle arena: AI Arena will use the ELO point system to classify players so players will fight other players at similar levels. If users win against their opponents, they will receive a reward of Neurons (NRN) tokens. There are 3 main factors that determine the number of NRNs rewarded, including:
- Player’s achievements at that time.
- The amount of NRN the user bet during this round.
- Player’s current Elo.
For example: The player bets his 1,000 NRN Tokens on this round and currently has 50 points, the player’s ELO is 3000. Suppose the rule in this round is that for each loss, the player will have 10 points deducted. , 200 ELO and 10 NRN Tokens. Therefore, if a player wins a match, the number of NRN tokens will be 1,010, if they lose a match, there will be 990 and the number of ranking points and ELO will also be added or subtracted accordingly.
