What is Scroll?
Scroll is a Layer 2 scaling solution for Ethereum that uses Zk Rollup technology to solve outstanding problems on Ethereum including slow transaction speeds and high transaction costs. Recently, along with Polygon and ZkSync, Scroll also announced zkEVM with the highest level of compatibility. zkEVM will solve all outstanding problems with Zk Rollup solutions. zkEVM will help:
- Projects on Ethereum or EVM Blockchain can easily expand, build, operate and develop on Scroll through zkEVM.
- Sodility developers will also easily deploy new projects on Scroll without having to learn the native programming languages of the Zk Rollup Chain.
Scroll brings extremely fast transaction speeds at extremely low costs while still receiving security from Ethereum.
Scroll is a Zk Rollup Chain similar to StarkNet, ZkSync or Polygon zkEVM.
Development Roadmap
Scroll’s journey has just truly begun and there is still a very long way to go.

Summary
Scroll continues to be a prominent Layer 2 in the near future as it prepares to launch zkEVM to attract the user and developer community. However, Scroll’s development team is not too elite, so I also question the development of the ecosystem in the future.
